How it works
- Choose the package, trip length and traveller count.
- Complete the trip brief with your destination, approximate dates and interests.
- We confirm the scope and the delivery date before payment is taken.
- You pay the approved planning fee and we begin research.
- Your itinerary is delivered as scheduled video call, with written notes afterwards.

- Does this include flights or hotels?
- No. This is a planning deliverable only. You book any travel arrangement yourself, or we agree a separate arrangement in writing once a compliant booking model is approved.
- When is my delivery date confirmed?
- Before payment. The scope summary and delivery target are shown at checkout, and the target runs from the point scope is confirmed.
