Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to the travel-planning packages and consultations sold by VistaVoyages, the trading name of CLICKED IN FZE LLC. Flights, accommodation, transfers, excursions, visas and insurance are not sold here; where you book those yourself, the supplier’s own cancellation terms apply.

Cancelling a planning package

• Cancel at no charge at any time before planning work is assigned — a full refund of the planning fee is issued.
• Once research has started, the fee reflects the work already carried out. Any partial refund is agreed in writing and reflects the stage reached.
• After the itinerary has been delivered, the deliverable has been supplied in full and the fee is non-refundable. The included revision round remains available.

Consultations

A scheduled consultation may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge more than 24 hours before the call. Inside 24 hours, or where the call is missed, the fee is retained.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in AED. Refunds are submitted within 3 business days of approval; the time for funds to appear depends on your card issuer or bank and is usually 5–10 business days.

If we cannot deliver

If we cannot deliver an agreed scope by the confirmed target date and no revised date is agreed with you, the planning fee is refunded in full.
