This website is operated by CLICKED IN FZE LLC, registered at Business Center Publishing City Free Zone — Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, trading as VistaVoyages. By using this website or sending an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

VistaVoyages sells defined travel-planning deliverables: research, routing and a written itinerary, or a scheduled planning consultation. Flights, accommodation, transfers, excursions, visas and insurance are not sold on this website and no reservation or held availability forms part of any package. A contract for planning services is formed when the scope is confirmed in writing and the planning fee is paid.

CLICKED IN FZE LLC is the seller of record for planning fees paid on this website and acts as a travel planner only — not as a tour operator, travel agent or booking intermediary. Any travel arrangement you make on the basis of a plan is a direct contract between you and the supplier concerned.

Any travel arrangement discussed depends on third-party suppliers such as airlines, accommodation providers, transport operators and local operators. Travel arrangements depend on supplier availability and applicable conditions, and supplier terms are confirmed before booking.

Planning fees are published in AED and are payable before planning work begins. The amount, scope and delivery target are shown to you and confirmed in writing at checkout. Supplier costs for any travel you go on to book are separate and are not collected here.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for passports, visas, entry permissions, health requirements, vaccinations and travel insurance. VistaVoyages does not provide visa, immigration, medical, legal or insurance advice.

Planning packages may be cancelled at no charge before planning work is assigned. Once work is assigned, the fee reflects the research already carried out and any partial refund is agreed in writing. Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge more than 24 hours before the call. The full terms are set out in the Service Fulfilment, Cancellation and Refund policy.

Questions and complaints should be sent to management@vistavoyages.online. VistaVoyages does not operate a 24-hour or emergency assistance service. In an emergency while travelling, contact local emergency services, your supplier or your insurer.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
